The over 70s Garden Party 2013 was another huge success this year, even the sun came out, it was a scorcher!

Smoked salmon sandwiches and the strawberry cream tea went down a treat.

Residents enjoyed the team quiz and everyone went home with a prize

Our local councillor, Mick Clark (UKIP) pictured above, dropped in to introduce himself.

At the end of a lovely afternoon it was homeward bound to watch the Wimbledon Final.

Maybe we will do it all again next year.
